Changing a 9 hole golf course to an 18.

Is there any way to record the back nine holes on the Garmin venu? I visit a lot of 9 hole courses for their opens, and my venu golf app only lets me record 9 holes, then I need to restart for the back nine. It’s doesn’t quantify and collect the data together of the 18 holes. Thanks

    At this time, the only option would be to end the round after 9-holes, and then start a new round to play another 9 if playing a 9-hole course on that watch model. 

    Certain watches that feature pre-loaded golf course mapping, will offer the option on certain courses where the user can select 9 or 18-holes at the beginning of the round prior to the tee box selection. 

    The Venu 3 does not have preloaded golf course mapping, and by design does not feature the 9-hole or 18-hole selection prompt on 9-hole courses.

    I just started playing again and have the same issue with my Venu 3. My home course is 9 holes and after I save the 1st nine and end the activity. It won't allow me to score a 2nd nine. It finds the sats and course again but when I try to start it bounces me back to the app list. I think I need to power down the Venu 3 then restart to record a 2nd nine. I hope this works because I don't need a dedicated golf watch.

    I had similar occur yesterday when starting on hole 17, then to 18, then to the front 9.  When trying to slide the screen to hole 10, the watch auto saved the data fo rthe 11 holes and woulld show data fo rthose 11 holes when tryin to start the golf fucntion again.

    Has this problem been adressed, is there a work around, or is it a quirk that has to be lived with?
