how can i upload my previous swimming stats from earlier this year to swim.com?

how can i upload my previous swimming stats from earlier this year to swim.com? i downloaded my data and its in zip file i cant even open it.

If you did the bulk download of all you Garmin data - Exporting ALL history data for backup into local computer - Garmin Connect Web - Mobile Apps & Web - Garmin Forums

You'll get a zip file of all of it. Within the zip file are the activity files in the exact form they were uploaded to Garmin Connect (.fit, .gpx, etc.). In my case, I had to drill down into -

\DI_CONNECT\DI-Connect-Fitness-Uploaded-Files\UploadedFiles_0-_Part1.zip\

Depending on how much data, you could have multiple "Uploaded Files" folders.

i have so many files in the zip file and i cant open it because i don't know what to open it with. Can you help? do i open with a pdf?

If you're on a Windows machine, right click on the zip file, then "extract all."
