How to download all files from watch to Windows?

I wonder how I should do to download all files from my Garmin Venu 3 to my Windows computer?

According to my file manager, it should be ~2.6 GB on the watch. But I can only download ~16 MB (directory \\Venu 3\Internal Storage\Garmin\ ) to Windows. The watch has a total of 7.08 GB of which 2,96 GB is used. Whrere is the rest of the data?

Much of the data is not user accessible, as it is data for recreating GarminOS, files, and folders.

It just as what 'seilogramp' said. If you are wondering where is all your data from the day 1 of purchasing the watch, it is on cloud. Everything is stored in Garmin server. You can individually export some data using Garmin Connect in your browser.
