Gibberish instead of Hebrew or Arabic (in sync emails and WhatsApp messages)

After the last update, all synced messages from my Iphone (sent in Hebrew or Arabic) are shown on my Venu 3 watch as ????? ????

Any ideas how to fix it?

This is not happening only in WhatsApp or other notifications but system UI is also become broken in both languages after latest update (11.08).
