My ecg app won't let me pass the place two fingers on the bezel instruction. Like it doesn't recognize my fingers are there.

I set up the ecg app a while ago and it let me take two eggs but now it won't recognize my fingers on the bezel. What should I do?

I had the same problem after the recent update. I reached out to Garmin support and they had me reset the watch. ECG still is not picking up that my fingers are on the bezel.

I have the same problem with my Fenix 7 Pro. Trying to solve it with garmin yet.

Support didn't help, only suggested to reset venu 3.
