Garmin Venu 3 During calls no ringtone only vibration

Lastest version 10.20 on venu 3s. At now still 2 problems:

1. Bluetooth name before pairing is Venu 3S. Bluetooth name after pairing is Watch.

2. During calls no ringtone, only vibration. SMS, Apps has ringtone.

Please fix it soon.

I do have this problem, too but this issue exists since a few month now.

Also the audio prompts are still in english although I switched into german
