My venu 3s doesn’t have sound. All settings set to tone but no sound. When I receive calls I can’t hear the person calling but they can hear me.

Hi my venu 3s only vibrates. Settings all set to tone. Volume on the highest level. When I receive calls or messages it only vibrates. If I answer a call I can’t hear the person talking. It makes a fuzzy sound.
