My venu 3 watch strap is causing really bad skin rash / peeling/ irritation. I have had to stop wearing it to get my skin around my wrist to heal. As soon as I put it back on , the problems come back almost immediately. I am finding it difficult to find how to contact customer support.. website just sends me in circles
