Hi all,
I am using my Venu 3 for around 9 months now without any problems. Being on holidays now the watch suddenly turned blank (LED are also off) The watch doesn’t react on anything anymore. No button press, No gesture, trying reboot or hard reset as given in the manual doesn’t wake up the watch anymore. Also connecting it to the charger does not cause any reaction. The battery was full this morning at around 95% . Is there any advice how to handle this now?
