I just got the Venu 3S today, and it's buzzed 3 times today as it went from 26 to 25.5, 25, and 24.5.

I haven't seen a way to disable those. They'll probably lessen as you wear the watch. It's likely getting used to your stats.
Don't complain. Mine went down from 68 to 62. 5 and I'm gunning for the target of 58. Sadly l'd love it to say the same as yours!
This is still happening. It's so damn annoying! It even woke me up early in the morning one time. This is was supposed to help me sleep better!!!
This just happened again. Apparently I'm 6 years younger now. What on earth does that even mean???
A couple of thoughts
1. The Fitness Age estimation is explained here - https://www.garmin.com/en-US/garmin-technology/health-science/fitness-age/
2. Do Not Disturb will prevent you from getting alerts and notifications (you can configure DND to automatically turn on during your sleep hours) - https://www8.garmin.com/manuals/webhelp/GUID-9CC4A873-E034-4A06-B2E0-636DCFE760EE/EN-US/GUID-FE220A09-D725-4947-9BF7-FA3D244BC661.html
3. I havent been able to test this thoroughly yet, however, you can also try changing disabling the Goals setting on your device
Settings > Notifications and alerts > Health and wellness > Goals
4 Scott is correct that the fitness age notifications should lessen over time
Is it supposed to be a good thing if your fitness age is younger than your actual age? Is that compared to the average person of that age?
I'm 27 and it says my fitness age is 20. But I'm definitely not in good shape right now, and it changed for no reason. It seems like it's just complete nonsense.
Thanks for the advice on getting rid of the alert.
