AOD issue - Bug report

After my venu 3 updated to 9.xx softwares, watch started to randomly go to AOD mode. It is normally disabled for everything and I don't use AOD.

After the 10.20 update, I started to notice it happening more often. According to my testing, seems like it happens when I check the watch and do not rotate my wrist all the way back so watch face stays open. Then it goes to AOD mode.

It doesn't happen if I rotate my wrist back enough to turn the watch face off.

Seems like when it times out it goes to AOD. They just fixed an AOD issue with the latest release, but that was for those of us who use the AOD. Seems like they created another problem. BTW, I try turning off AOD and could not recreate the issue you're having. Probably best to contact Garmin Support.

It doesn’t also happen all the time. I couldn’t understand what triggers it. Yes normally seems like it happens after times out but not always. I got lucky that I was able to show it on video. Because same condition doesn’t always trigger the same result. I am hoping that it will be fixed with the next update
