"Installation Failed - there may not be enough storage space available" (New Venu 3)

Hi, folks.  I just bought a new Venu 3.  However, whenever I try to open either the CONNECT app (for android) or the Connect IQ App on my phone, I get two error messages, one after the other...

"Download to Device FAiled.  not enough storage space available."

"Installation Failed - There may not be enough storage space available."

This is ridiculous.  I just bought this, so I know there are a few GB available.  Now, it CAN still open these apps after getting these error messages.  But I worry that my new watch isn't actually receiving necessarily downloads and uploads.

Has anyone else run into this problem?  Again, this is a brand new Venu 3.  Thanks.
