I’m on holiday and can’t get my Venu 3 to update music downloads even though it’s connected to the WiFi in the villa. It gets as far as saying it’s syncing Spotify but then stays at 0% and doesn’t do anything. Additionally it won’t let me listen the music that’s already in there as the play button is greyed out so I can’t press on it. Can anyone help?
