Honor 90, Motorola G14 - problem with calls

I have an Honor 90 and a big problem with calls on the Venu 3 watch.
The watch does not alert at all when there is an incoming call. A notification will only come after the end of the call.
And when I want to call from the watch, the call ends immediately.

I read how many people have problems with Garmin watches. Is there really no solution?
I had so many bracelets and watches from different manufacturers. But I never had such problems.

I've tried everything possible, but nothing helps. I'm already unhappy about it. I wish so much that everything would work as it should.

If anyone has a solution, please help.

  • It always helps to turn BT on the phone off and on, but it only works for a few seconds.

    Garmin, please fix it..

  • Tried pairing with Motorola G14 now and same problem. It only works for a short time after connecting to BT.
In addition, here every time BT is turned off and on, the phone wants to re-pair the watch and add a new one in the application.
    Unreal problems with Garmin...

  • Thank you for your post. We will need to review some device settings with you regarding this. To do so, please reach out to your local Garmin Support team.

  • Thanks, but I already did that a long time ago.
They couldn't advise, everything was set up correctly.
Finally they told me: Incompatible phone.

However, after connecting to BT, everything works perfectly. It disappears after 1-2 minutes. Then the watch doesn't ring anymore and I can't make calls from it. Only a notification about a missed call will come.

Any chance this will ever be fixed in an update?

How many incompatible phones will there be in the end? Will I buy another phone and find the problem still persists?

Tried removing and adding the watch to the Connect app several times.
And during one attempt, a message popped up, see photo:

  • I'm trying to gather information.

With previous watches (Samsung, Honor Magic Watch) I had a bluetooth device connected as a "wearable device":

The Garmin Venu 3 does not offer this to me, they are connected as "headphones":

    Isn't this the first reason?

In addition, every time I turn off the watch or phone, the device automatically starts pairing again and I have to set up the watch in the Connect app again.

I really want this to work. I don't need to call from the watch, but to notify of an incoming call. That bothers me the most.
