Do I have to press the lap button each time I want to move on to the next exercise (synced a workout to my watch).

The watch records my reps but the exercise keeps going until I press the lap button!

  • It depends how your workout is setup. For example, most of my exercices are configured to end on "Lap Button Press."

Another option is based on Reps (which I don't use mainly because often the rep count is wrong unless there is clear wrist movement).

Also, do you have your sets setup so that it's followed by a rest? For example, this exercise consists of 4 rounds (sets) followed by a 1 1/2-minute rest. Repeats 4 times

  • Hi! Thanks v much for your reply. Yes all the exercises are set to Reps (not lap button), and there are Rests between each set. I was hoping that when it had counted the correct number of Reps, the watch would move onto the next exercise.

  • If I understand correctly, you want to do...

    • Kettlebell Sumo deadlift, followed by 30 seconds rest. Repeat 3 times.
    • Romanian Deadlift, followed by 30 seconds rest. Repeat 3 times.
    • Mountain Climber, followed by 30 seconds rest. Repeat 3 times.

If that is the case it should look something like this.

Or are you wanting zero rest time between each of the first 3 exercises?
