Cant get Amazon Music to work on my Venu3 .
Was working fine before... Have checked everything that was suggested... And tried to follow instructions, but no joy.

I got very supportive and efficient help from the chat contact on Amazon.
In the end, I had to uninstall and reinstall the Amazon music app, then I had to restart my Venu3, and then the App stopped hanging.
It was very frustrating and very fiddly to get fixed. I assume you know there is what seems like a large group of clients that are struggling to get this issue sorted.
