How do I authorise an app on my phone?

I have a Venu 3 S connected to a Xiaomi  phone. I downloaded the Sonos app from the Connect IQ app and when I tap on Sonos on my watch it tells me to authorise the app in Connect on my phone. If I open up Connect or Connect IQ on my phone, I can’t see anything about authorising an app.  How do I authorise an app in Connect please?

This is the first smartwatch I’ve had so everything is very new to me and I need a really simple explanation please.

  • I see a couple of apps in the Connect IQ store labled Sonos. However, since both are third-party apps, you will want to contact the app developer to see what this may be and how it can be accomplished. They'll be able to provide you with detailed instructions and information.

    The Contact Developer option should be available in the Connect IQ store after you've opened the specific app.
