Venu3 makes call drop on my phone

My phone is Galaxy Z Fold4, Android mobile. I have experienced many random call drops. For the first time, I thought that my mobile has a problem. So  I visited Samsung mobile customer center to fix it, But after mobile log analysis, it turned out that the watch made call drops. There is no way to avoid this issue except disconnecting my watch from my phone while having cal now. After disconnecting Venu3 from my phone, there is no more call drop issues.

Venu3 is very good watch except this point. Please solve this issue as soon as possible!

If this issue is not solved, I don't recommend Garmin watch as everyday use and please remove the feature "call is available on Venu3" from your advertising copy.

I will wait for the answer from Garmin.

    1. Had random call drops and saw this thread and I can confirm that even with the latest fw (11.16), when watch is connected I experience random call drops. (Phone: Samsung S24u)

    Desde la mencionada actualización de fecha 04/09 al  fw 11.16, la duracion de la batería , para un mismo uso y configuración que antes, se ha reducido drásticamente. Su duracion actual es de 4 días. ¿Debo enviar el reloj a revisión?

    The solution is simple: remove the Garmin Connect App on your smartphone (Samsung A54 for me), reinstall the app and go through the set-up procedure to connect with your Garmin watch (Venu 3 for me). DONT ALLOW GARMIN CONNECT to phone call related functions on your Garmin watch. You will still have the connection watch - smartphone for all the other functions, but no more ending of phonecalls on your smartphone, or the other irritating symptom deforming of speech during phonecalls. You will see pop-ups of Garmin Connect everytime phone and watch connect, just ignore, you can also block this specific pop-up.
