I bought my Venu 3 on January 2nd, made a couple runs and some swimming and suddenly screen becomes unresponsive and then turned of. Nothing I can do could make it turn on .. its completely dead. I live in Uruguay but i bought the watch in Panama so I wrote to Garmin Support and they told me to send it to Panama and went to Garmin Uruguay representative and told me the same.
So I have and useless 500 dollars watch plus .. Garmin support its useless fo rme and Garmin warranty is only useful if U buy the watch in your country.
Im looking some special tool or whatever to see if I can do something.
