While the sleep actual data (REM, Deep, Light, Awake, HRV, etc ) is almost identical to my Oura ring the Sleep Score is crap. I'll get an 80 Good score from the Oura and a 40 Bad score from my Venu 3S. I realize that a ring will generally be more accurate than a watch why are the scores so wildly different when the individual component data is so close? That wasn't the case with my Fitbit so there must be something about Garmin's algorithms that's causing this. Anyone else noticed this? Is there anything I can do to fix it?
