Watch face wont change

Venu 3, when i try to change watch face it just gets me back to front page with default face, pls help

Mine was doing the same thing. As it turned out, that is the sleep mode face. By holding the top right button for a couple of seconds you get the menu with sleep mode and turn it off. I guess you can't…

Mine was doing the same thing. As it turned out, that is the sleep mode face. By holding the top right button for a couple of seconds you get the menu with sleep mode and turn it off. I guess you can't change watch faces when in sleep mode. I hope this helps

Thanks for this explanation! That's exactly what mine did the first morning of wearing it- it showed a dim watch face I didn't choose. I turned it off sleep mode and was able to reset the watch face.
