The "palm gesture" doesn't work on the Venu 3? On other Garmins, when you touch the screen with the palm of your hand, you return to the time screen, without having to press any physical buttons.

When you put your palm over the newer watches watch face the display will turn off. This is by design on the newer models.
Thanks but the palm gesture doesn't work with my Venu 3s.
If you mean it doesn't turn off when you place your palm over the display. Try tapping the display with your palm, the entire display will need to be covered. As this is how our newer devices with the touchscreen are designed to function.
If you are expecting a different response from the watch, please provide a detailed description, or reach out to your local Garmin Support team.
Do you mean that by resting the palm completely on the screen, the backlight should turn off or the screen should return to the time display, if for example I am in a widget screen? Thanks again for the support
Yes. Rest your palm covering the entire screen and the screen should turn off immediately. Let's say you are inside the Music or HR widget, covering the palm will turn off the screen and bring you back to the watch face screen.
thank you both. Unfortunately it doesn't work on my Venu 3.
