I woke up in the middle of the night and decided to go workout. When I later checked my sleep stats, the sleep timeline said that I was in light sleep during the same time that I was having a vigorous workout on the eliptical.
Even though I didn't explicitly tell the watch that I was waking up before working out, I would think that the watch would be smart enough to figure out that I wasn't still asleep. It caused my sleep hours to be widely overstated.
I have noticed many other occurrence of inaccurate sleep tracking as well but this one was very surprising.
Im definitely not satisfied with the accuracy of the sleep tracking .
