The watch doesn't make any ring in incoming calls, only vibration

I have set calls to Tone & Vibe. When I have incoming call the watch only vibrates. I need to have a tone alert for incoming calls. I have set all permissions correctly and I do not use dnd mode. The texts and Apps tones work fine. Only for Calls it only vibrates. The watch doesn't make any ring in incoming calls, only vibration.How to fix it?

Same here. Support had no idea and assumed that the watch has to be repaired. We sent it back and bought a new one. And now we have the f.... same problem. (Version 13.19, german)

We tried on two different IOS-Phones.

Is there nobody who can solve this issue?
