Stress level during sleep time

I don't understand if stress levels during sleep time are correct, I sleep very well but the watch tell me so you can view in the attached image and all statistics are worst, the training status too, even if I'm fine with all trainings (walking/bike/workout)

For information, I use venu 3s for daily use and forerunner 265s for training

Thanks for help in advance

  • I experience exactly the same. My nights (and days often, though somethimes my bb recharges at daytime) are all orange. I don't drink alchohol, don't eat after 20h, I exercise but not extensively, I sleep 8 hours a night and i feel fine. Don't have a too stressful job either.

It changed since August, before that my stress levels were normal.

In August i tried the pulse oxymeter for a couple of days but i turned it off again as the light was annoying me. I have done a thourough reset of the watch but after two days it was back at orange and low BB. It also gives a very low heartrate every now and then. I have always had a low heartrate but now it sometimes seems to drop below 40.

My husband said that my stress levels look like i ran a marathon yesterday and have a fever at the same time. I really don't know what may cause this. I have a vivoactive 4s.

  • I'm having the same problem. Up until about two weeks ago my stress level would show a good balance between rest and stress, with good rest periods during the night. Since then my stress level shows virtually no rest time (45 minutes yesterday), with some of the highest stress levels showing during the night. Nothing has changed about by sleep habits, diet, exercise or alcohol consumption. Has the algorithm changed in a recent update??

  • I started grinding my teeth a month ago and the Bruxism shows up as a lot of orange at night.
