I use a Mi11i smartphone and believe me I have tested all the possible settings, I have allowed the use of the voice assistant even with the screen locked but my venu 3s always tells me that I have to lock the phone first if I try to make a call from the Garmin . On reception, however, I receive phone calls even with a locked smartphone screen... well.

grazie mille. purtroppo mi dai una brutta notizia. Ho appena acquistato Venu 3 e uno smartphone mi 11 pensando che funzionassero bene insieme (avevo chiesto e mi ero fidato, sul forum un utente come si trovava con Smartphone Mi e Venu 3 e mi aveva detto che non aveva nessun problema). Quindi l'unica soluzione,sarebbe non impostare il blocco schermo sullo smartphone? Un po' rischioso. Grazie ancora del tuo contributo

Purtroppo sì... è sempre stato un problema con i telefoni Xiaomi quello dell'assistente in lock screen... infatti non va neanche con il solo telefono... poi ammetto che non ho mai capito se è anche un po' una mossa di Google per dare una feature in più ai Pixel rispetto agli altri... 
Per il resto io ho il Venu 3S con uno Xiaomi e sotto tutti gli altri punti di vista funziona benissimo e devo dire che lo trovo uno smartwatch molto valido.

yes, me too venu 3 s.... but I wouldn't say that it works very well with my 11i, because in practice I can answer phone calls and see messages and answer again but with the fact that the assistant with locked screen doesn't work, I can't I can start a call to my contacts, I can't send a message from the watch and I can't ask the assistant to read me my voice messages for example. Could it be that with future updates to both Garmin and Xiomy the problem will be resolved?
