How to set Venu 3 Sleep temperature in Celsius vs Fahrenheit

I set my Venu 3 format for temperature to Centigrade. The new sleep temperature feature displays in Fahrenheit... Celsius or Centigrade is the metric system measuring unit for temperature. Garmin software architect: can you please fix it?

How do you know it's displaying Farenheit? Mine doesn't distinguish, implying it's using whatever my watch is set to (F in my case).

It says "-0.1"
