My Garmin Venu 3 keeps disconnecting

I must say that I'm very disappointed with the Garmin Venu 3. I've had it for a few months now and it keeps disconnecting from my phone.
I do not receive any notifications, nothing is synced.

The phone disconnects about 4 - 7 times a day. And reconnects only when I open the Garmin Connect app. The connection takes about 5 - 15 seconds.

I tried to connect the watch to another phone, but the problem repeats. I also reinstalled the Garmin Connect app. Without result.

On the phone, I have turned off any battery optimizations for the Garmin Connect app and Garmin Connect IQ. I tried to delete the cache.

I tried to disconnect the function of receiving phone calls, but without result. It didn't help.

The worst thing is that I used to use the Garmin Venu 2 watch, and it worked without any problems for almost 2 years. Also, on the phone I'm using now with Venu 3.

Note: No, they are not connected at the same time.



I have to say that I am extremely disappointed.
