I have the problem that the touchscreen is accidentally used when the jacket slips while running. How can you set the touchscreen to be deactivated during an activity and only the buttons on the Venu 3 work?
I do not think you can do that. This can be done on other watches like the FR series, etc. For the Venu 3 series, you can reduce the sensitivity of touch, but cannot disable the touch.
To do that, Go to Settings>System>Display >During Activity. Under there, tap on Sensitivity and select the Low option.
