Venu 3 whats app calls

Each time I receive a whats app call, the music app begins to play. How can I stop this?

That is strange. Never heard of that. Can you tell which music app, and you are on iOS or Android? I would suggest removing the music app and reinstalling it and checking if this problem persists. I have personally not used any music app on my Venu 3, but I have controlled music from the music widget and it triggers nothing when I receive a WhatsApp call.

Ok, can you try to remove the music app from your watch, reinstall it, and then try again?

Same problem here, Spotify music starts whenever I receive or I do an app call. And I received a lot during last hours
