Venu 3 Phone calls and Voice Assistant not working on Android

Hi, I just got my Venu 3 and noticed that the phone calls and voice assistant are not working at all. The watch does not receive any call and when I try to make a call it just stays on "Calling", however the call never connect. Also, whenever I try to connect the voice assistant I receive the error "Unable to connect to voice assistant". 

I've tried everything, from unpairing, restarting, updating, even reseting the watch but nothing works. Does anyone know how to solve this issue?

My phone is a Moto g(60)s and my watch verrsion is 8.25.

    On my side, it works with Bixby, but it doesn't work with Google Assistant which isn't offered even though it's the default on the phone.

    Bonjour depuis que mon samsung z flip 5 est passé sous Android 14 et one ui 5 ,je n ai plus les appels téléphoniques entrant ou sortants et je n ai plus d assistant que ce soit bixby ou Google assistant quant je veux lancé l assistant sa me dit que ma montre est pas connecté alors qu elle est connecté pour tout le reste.avant la mise à jour tout fonctionnait parfaitement.

    Update: it was fun while it lasted, because then came along the next google play update or restart, TL;DR not working again.

    The December update that just came out? QPR1/QPR2. Or the original Android 14? It is not working on my Pixel Fold with the original 14. (I actually have a Venu 2+ but expect the software is identical for this.)

    I haven't got yet the QPR2 (Android 14 Dec update)  feature update , however Google play service update already came , and after the following restart , the issue came back.

    Seem like Garmin is playing catchup with Google when it come to API integration or some issue with security , bottom line , still not working

    I Feel your pain , I was hoping too that the problem was resolved , I really loved the watch (Venu 3) but disappointed that it is not getting the same kind of love from Garmin  as the FR or the Fenix/Epix series

    Voice Assistant seems to be working for me but the volume is way too low, even when I have the setting for Voice volume set as high as it can go. 

    I think on my Venu 2 Plus there was some sort of tone or sound that indicated when it was connected and was listening - now it seems that I have to be looking directly at the watch to see when the microphone graphic shows up and indicates it is Ok to talk, which isn't as good. 

    I have a Samsung Galaxy S22.

    Microphone icon is there, the problem is that the Garmin connect app crash instantly when you start to talk, if you have it open, it is more noticeable

    Bonjour,il est dommage que garmin mette autant de temps à régler ce problème, je pense que la clientèle qui achète la gamme venu 3 sont des personnes pour qui les fonctions appels réception téléphonique et assistant est important, sinon ils prendraient des vivoactive 5 ou s ils sont très sportifs une autre gamme garmin.le côtés communiquants de la venu 3 et venu 2 plus est un vrai intérêt pour leur utilisateurs. Mettre 500€ dans une montre qui fonctionne qu à moitié c est un peu cher.je possède également une samsung galaxy watch 6 qui elle fonctionne parfaitement, j ai été attiré par la venu 3 pour son côté très connecté et des données que n à pas la samsung comme le body batterie, la respiration le live trace.mais depuis plusieurs jours je porte ma watch 6 et j ai mis ma venu 3 dans un tiroir car elle ne fonctionne pas comme garmin l à promis, aucune réparation du volume des sonneries d appel très faibles,pas  ECG en France et maintenant plus de fonctions téléphonique et d assistant vocal. Je commence à regretter amèrement mon achat et commence à avoir des doutes sur la satisfaction de la clientèle par garmin, une montre à 500€ ,garmin devrais rapidement lancer des mise à jour réparatrice des dysfonctionnements de ces produits.surtout quand je lis ici des commentaires de personnes pour qui ces fonctions n ont jamais fonctionné notamment tout ceux qui sont sous android 14.dans l attente d une mise à jour correctrice rapide.merci
