I frequently walk in place for a few seconds to get my move notification to reset. When I do that, I hear a timer started announcement later followed by timer stopped. It's way less than ten minutes so it shouldn't be auto detecting a workout of any kind and it doesn't add activity to the connect app other than steps. I think somehow the watch thinks that's a workout. I've been sick for a few days and haven't worked out at all but the body battery says I have. Any way to stop this?
