Connecting to the phone Venu 3

Presented Venu 3. Yes, this is not my first watch, I had to remove the previous watch first. Then it connected without problems. The next day, the watch offered to update and the firmware was updated to 7.07 and the watch stopped connecting to Garmin Connect. When resetting to factory settings, the firmware remains 7.07. Maybe fall back to 6.22 or solve the connection problem somehow.

What phone are you using? Usually, this can be solved by "forgetting" the watch in the phone's Bluetooth settings, and pairing again.

The thing is that it is not in the list of Bluetooth connections. During the connection, it asks to create a pair, I click yes. But it does not appear in the bluetooth list. I have Android 9.

After I add a new device and confirm the pairing, it says an error. Although before the update, it issued the same pin codes on the watch and the phone.

Verify that you're running the latest release of Garmin Connect Mobile.
In the Garmin Connect Mobile app remove Garmin device - More > Garmin Devices > select your Garmin device > Remove Device
On your Android phone go to Settings > Bluetooth > click the gear next to your Garmin device > Unpair.
If you have any other mobile devices (phones, tablets, etc.), paired with Garmin, also do the same there - Settings > Bluetooth > select your Garmin device > Unpair.
If Garmin Connect IQ is installed on your phone, uninstall it.
Restart phone
Restart Garmin device
Place your Garmin in pairing mode - depends on model, but usually hold MENU > select Connectivity > Phone > Pair Phone.
Pair using Garmin Connect, not your phone's Bluetooth settings.
