How I can turn off updates until I want to update.
Do you mean syncing to Connect on your phone? If so, go into Settings, System, Connectivity, Phone, and turn it off until you're ready to sync.
I mean firmware updates, newer software on the watch. I don't want random forcing updating or without checking for new bugs.
I think that this question was related to automatic firmware updates. I would like to have a possibility to turn that off as well
