Assistant and Phone call sound and microphone on Android phone not on watch

For some reason I can use the assistant (Google) and make phone calls from the watch, but the sound is on the android phone and not the watch.

It has all the proper permissions and latest updates as far as I can tell?

The phone app will show that the watch is connected through Bluetooth but it isn't going through

If you manually switch the call to the watch manually, does the call stay connectd on the watch?
Which smartphone are you using?
What is the OS version?
Have you tried a restart of the phone and the watch?

This happens to me too. Zero problems with your competitors, never had to ask a support question.
