Garmin Venu 3 During calls no ringtone only vibration

Can anyone confirm having the same issue. All settings are ON, all permissions granted, watch updated to latest firmware. I think it's a software issue which needs Garmins attention. Messages getting sound normally. When receiving call watch will only vibrate. Dear Garmin team please have a look into it

Bonjour j ai le même soucis,les sonneries d appel téléphonique sont extrêmement faibles presque inaudibles, j en ai fait part ici la semaine dernière, l assistance garmin France ne m à donner aucune solution, j attend une prochaine mise à jour qui pourra j espère régler le problème

But after some time the connection comes and it doesn't even show that something has arrived. After the call ends, the watch sends information that there was a missed call (with vibration).
But what's even more annoying is that sometimes I call from my phone and when someone answers the phone, they immediately hang up. It's definitely related to the watch because when I turn off Bluetooth, everything works normally

20. january 2024. I bought the watch 10 days ago. I have the same problem. I have checked all the settings several times. The sound works for messages and apps, but it doesn't work when someone calls the cell phone, then the watch just vibrates without sound. I think this is a serious failure by Garmin. I am thinking whether to return the watch or contact the service. Or should I wait for an upgrade? What do you think?

Still my problem did not fix. Support contacted with me twice but without any action. My opinion return is proper decission. Upgrade system phone and watch has been done several times without any progress to solve my problem

Garmin support did not help me but problem has been fixed. After changed my "corpo cell phone" to newest and also changed some corpo software installed there (microsoft instead ibm) problem dissapeared. Of you have also some corpo cellular with some IT corpo software would be this problem. Current my telefon is A55 was A52 Samsung
