Venu 3 - not displaying incomming cals and can't talking via watch

Hi!

I've got Venu 3 for 3 weeks. Everything has worked perfectly, but not incomming calls. Watch don't ringing. I have given all permission in my android. Sounds is turn on.I tryied delete app and reinstal and reconnect watch via bluetooth but still have the same problem. Could You help me?

Before I saw contacts in my phone book t right adding to garmin. So thats a downgrade add to garmin too

OK, just a little confused on what the OP 8404531 is saying.

Not displaying the contact's name, only phone number, or no notification at all regarding an incoming call.

Gotcha. Then I think you're going to have to at least try what's mentioned in the manual, even though you consider it a downgrade. Or have you already done that, and it still doesn't work?

How Do I Edit Contacts in the Garmin Connect App?

NOTE: Watches with voice functionality will not display the name of a contact from an incoming call unless the person is added as a contact in the Garmin Connect app

The thing is sometimes it show sometimes not.. Its just bugged I guess.

Hi there, this is because setup in Venu: Settings - System - Connection - Phone - Voice of the call (? sorry, I do not know exact english translation). When this is ON, call from phone is not showing incomming calls on Venu. If this is OFF, incomming call is shown. Of course, in this case calling from Venu in not possible, but this is still more suitable than missing incomming calls.
