My wife has a 3 week old Venu 3S (switched from a Fenix) Today, the watch stopped displaying phone call notifications, but still shows notifications for missed calls.
Garmin Connect shows the phone connected, we can sync the device, but the watch does not appear in her iOS Bluetooth devices. We are receiving weather data, and text message and other notifications on the watch just fine.
We tried re-pairing Bluetooth, but receive an error on the Garmin Connect side. No error message, just a bunch of troubleshooting links.
Can anyone suggest what we can do to to resolve? Hopefully I have provided enough info to get started.
