Shallow buttons

I've got a Venu 3 and the lower button is inconsistent and without feedback. The worst thing is the different feedback the buttons give to the user: it seems you're using two different watches.

I also have on venu 3s the same issue.only top button has nice push to it. other too are much more shallow in the frame.. I tried two venu 3s and both have the same issue, also I had venu 3 in my hands and the buttons were the same and all of them looked the same and felt the same by pressing.
I dont think this is normal on venu 3s rather garmin wants to save it by creating the story with different button functionality. 

I still kept my Venue 3 because that seems to be the case with most people. And I have come to terms with it.
There is a 2 year warranty on the watch, I can still complain about the problem shortly before the warranty expires if necessary.
It bothered me at the beginning, but you get used to it and everything works.

I have returned watch and ordered new one from mediamarkt germany..definitely different and better buttons, all the same with nice click all of them.
