When recieving a call my Venu 3 it only shows the telephone number, not the caller name as shown on my phone
The name was always shown on my forerunner 255 before this but since upgrading to the Venu 3 I'm only getting the number!
I've got the Venu 3 on the latest frimware with a Samsung S23 Ultra on the latest software, all permissions including contacts are allowed
Transferring contacts to the watch is simply done via the Connect app. On the watch I have a letter in front of the contact name.
I am having the same issue with the S23Ultra. I have switched all the permissions on. But still the problem persists.
For the contact name to be displayed, it must be included in “Contacts” of the watch.
