Hi,
I received the venu 3s yesterday, and updated newest firmware (6.22 version).
I spent 1m57s to climb up 10 floors but the garmin venu 3s only record 4 floors. Google this artice: https://support.garmin.com/en-US/?faq=LJ6vYF2phv7JUAOlsRRjC8
I tried calibrate compass and barometer then tried to climb up from 18th floor to 23rd floor. The garmin venu 3s record 1 floor only.
Height floor is 3.2 meters. I captured these pictures from my video clip.
Please give me advise me whether I should return this garmin venu 3s?
