Venu 3 - "Mark as Read" not an option on Text Messages

I bought a Venu 3 to replace my Fitbit Sense. On my sense when I got a text message one of my options was "Mark as Read". However, on my Venu 3 "Mark as Read" is not an option. Why doesn't Garmin have a "Mark as Read" for messages as well?

So yours is Czech, mine is US English. Perhaps that is the difference. In Czech you have the "Mark as Read" option but in the US we don't have that option.

OK I checked and the options are different based on the application.

Standard SMS - like yours Dismiss, reply, block app

SMS sent by my mobile service provider: Dismiss, Mark as read, block app

Whatsapp: Dismiss, respond, mark as read, block app

Gmail: Dismiss, delete, archive, respond, block app.

So it must be an issue / functionality of the app being used and not text messages in general?

Question for Garmin I guess... Anyway, seems like the option is available on mutiple messengers (except for SMS).
