Venu 3s, software updated. Have it toggled on to broadcast during activity, but neither my peloton bike plus or tread will recognize the device. My original Venu will connect flawlessly. Any thoughts?

I had some trouble with is too on my Venu 3. I ended setting the indoor bike activity to broadcast heart rate, and manually turning on broadcast heart rate before starting the activity.
Can the hr be broadcasted to zwift or any external device and at the same time be recorded as an activity by the watch itself?
I've now realised that body battery needs activities to be recorded in the device for it to count. But I also need the device to broadcast hr to zwift. Can it be done?
Yes, start the heart rate broadcast, then start your activity. The watch will broadcast your heart rate until you stop the activity.
Last week automatic broadcast during a activity wouldn't work for me and when starting the broadcast through settings it would always revert back to "not broadcasting" after 1-2 seconds.
In my case a restart of the watch solved the issue, but not sure what caused it.
Maybe you are having the same problem.
I have tried manually broadcasting the activity and it will connect with my Peloton. But once I go out of that screen to start my indoor bike activity, it disconnects. Tried restarting, no luck. My old Venu connects just fine, seems crazy to use it for my bike rides but I guess this new fancy Venu 3s just can’t do it.
Make sure your indoor bike activity is set to broadcast heart rate too. This is in the settings of that activity.
