Second day in a row my nap is not detected. Trying to be productive, but I would like to see this work. Do I have to activate something, wrong settings?
If you take a nap after a meal, your stomach starts digesting and your heart rate increases. As a result, the body battery decreases.
Today my first (long) nap in the afternoon that was detected automatically, with a positive result for my body battery (+13). Also the sleep needs are decreased. Curious if it will work with shorter naps…
It makes sense that the trigger to detect naps is lowering the heart rate, lower stress and lower respiration. Maybe that's why my first 2 naps are not detected outside in the sun, in a high temperature…

My Naps are 30 Minutes Long, all have -1, i did one 50 mins this got -2
Watch is Recording Sleep data correctly.

I looked into the Nap Data on Body Battery and see that it give me no Rest, but low stress.
When i go to Bed at Night, then it Shows Rest.
I have one important Offtopic Question to you, will Training Status ever come to this Watch?

yesterday was the first time my venu 3 detected a nap. Today I took a long one and it did not detect it. I seems like naps are not detected if your stress is high. There is no way to correct it. My stress is always high in the afternoon. Maybe its lots of morning activity followed by a meal but ??
