What is "Disable logging" option in System menu?

In my Venu 3 (fw 6.21), I see "Disable logging" option in System menu, last after Information option.

Problem is, after I Disable it (should I?) it comes back after some time allowing me to again disable it.

Any ideas what is that and what do I do with it?

EDIT: I did a restart of watch and it didn't appear since. False alarm maybe?

EDIT2: After restarting watch, it reappeared after some time, still allowing me to disable. I'm still waiting for 6.22

This is a setting that is automatically enabled. It however, does not share any data with us until it is manually requested by code that we would provide to you to enter in.

It will not affect the battery…

I tried to disable logging a few times from my watch settings, from Garmin Connect and from laptop but it is coming back! I wonder how does it affect battery? Does my watch sending those logs to Garmin without my knowledge?

This is a setting that is automatically enabled. It however, does not share any data with us until it is manually requested by code that we would provide to you to enter in.

It will not affect the battery life, as it is not actively recording any logging. Also, it will not start logging without permission. This is also why the disable logging option is not working.
