Connecting to pedal powermeter & speed sensor

It is not possible to connect the Venu 3 with my Sigma speedsensor or my powermeter pedal sensors (Powertap P1). This is no issue with the Forerunner 965. Does anyone have experience connecting to BT or Ant+ sensors with the Venu 3?

My cadence sensor is also not working with my Venu 3. It was working just fine on my Venu 2. I'm hoping we get an answer. I have the Garmin Speed Sensor 2.

What is the software version on your watch?
Are the other devices that these sensors are paired to nearby? If so, can you power them off and then try to connect.
May we email you?
Do we have permission to look into your Connect account?
What country are you located in?

SW 6.21. No other sensors. You may e-mail me and yes you have permission to check my connect account. Located in the US.

After installing 6.22 today, my sigma speedsensor is found and connected. Powertap P1 not detected.

6.22 is not available for me. I’ve tried through Garmin Express and directly from the Venu 3 over wifi. What is another way to force it?

Managed to connect to the Powertap P1 pedals after a reset of the left pedal (eg. removed the battery and installed again). Both Speedsensor and powermeter are connected and working fine now

Hard to believe something so simple was the fix. Removed battery, left it out for 2 minutes, reconnected. It’s now connected
