For some reason, my brand new Venu 3S is stuck on a watch face that I did not choose. I cannot change it via the watch, by pressing the B button - Watch Face and then selecting a face. It goes right back to the watch face that I did not choose.
I have reset the watch, uninstalled and reinstalled both the Connect and IQ Connect apps. I have removed the watch from my apps.
It is running SW version 6.2.1 and I have checked for software updates.
Any idea how I can fix this issue?
