HR Zones not recognized, 65535%

I have a Edge 840 and a Venu 3s. The Venu doesn't recognize my HR Zones and just displays 65535-65535%. It is not possible to change that value.
According to google: "65535 is the maximum value of a 16 bit unsigned integer, which means that this is an overflow bug"

Support told me that it is a known firmware issue. Any estimation when it will be fixed? Is there a chance to join a beta program?

It's a bit silly for a 450$ sports smartwatch to not work with heart rate zones...

I’m having the exact same issue.

All my heart rate zones are set to 65535-65535% and it won’t let me edit them.

Did a reset and didn’t fix.

I believe I fixed it.

I have another Garmin watch (Epix 2 Pro.)

I went into that watch and change the Heart Rate Zones from LTHR% to Mar HR%. That put the top HR Zone from 110% to 100%. After I synced that watch, and then my Venu, the issue seems to have resolved.

Either that that, or some other random fiddling I was doing fixed it.

Yeah, I suspected something like that. But switching from LTHR based zones to MaxHR based ones is a workaround, not a fix.
