I have the same exact issue. The watch connects to the Garmin Connect app but will not sync data, and the sync symbol endlessly spins. Running SW version 6.21. I tried power cycling, and removing/re-adding the watch, restarting the phone, deleting the app, etc. I am in the USA. I already contacted customer service, but I would like this issue resolved as soon as possible. You have permission to look into my account/email me.
I have an open case with Garmin support after going through all the steps above with a Garmin support person this weekend. Garmin Express doesn't even recognize the Venu 3
Looks like they fixed it. Mine synced up tonight and the Garmin website note matches the numbers in the app.
