My Venu 2s stopped working about 6mths after the warranty expired, which is very disappointing for a rather expensive device. It started to switch off when I started an activity even though the battery was still at around 30%, even though previously that would allow for a few more days use. I then tried with the battery at 97% and it still switched off as soon as I tried to start an activity. Spoke to garmin support and they offered a Recertified watch but that only comes with 90 day warranty. I think I’d rather shop around and buy something else than spend £125 for a watch that might stop working soon after , just as it’s happened with this one. I tried factory reset but it didn’t help.
so my question is - has anyone had a recertified device that was worth it?
